Not sure about the question, but it looks like you might be using Internet Explorer 9 to post with. There is a problem with IE9 and this forum, try using a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE8) or possibly type into the HTML tab instead of the Rich Text tab.

I don't know of any direct impoorters for that format. If you know the location, though, you may be able to get what you need here: http://geoengine.nga.mil/muse-cgi-bin/rast_roam.cgi as there is an option to export to many formats, including USGS DEM which C3D can import.
