Surface Elevation labels

i have surface and elevation labels and i can not change size and style of leader. i am trying but no results,,  it is very big

A leader is just a line.  Perhaps you need to give some more information.  Perhaps you are meaning the "arrowhead".  Are you talking about a Spot Elevation?

The label size is dependent on the annotation scale set in your drawing and the text size as defined in the label style.  For example, we plot many of our drawings at 1:40 scale and we set our text size to .06 for survey points, .08 for most other labels.When the annotation scale is set ro 1:40 in model space, the label appears how it would when plotted.

So, the leader of the spot elevatin labels is typically part of the style's Drag State.  You can configure those components within the style to appear more the way you want.
