Surface Corridor problem

Dear all, 

 

I have a problem.

 

My daylight has a 45% slope for cut and fill. I created a corridor surface. When i check the cross section it is touching the exisiting surface within 10 meters. If i check the surface overview, a surface is created even 50 meters. 

 

As you can see on the total overview, the surface is connecting, even if the daylight connects with the exisiting surface already. 

 

I hope somebody can help me

I think i have 'found' the problem.. 

 

I've made a cross section with volume calculation.. 

 

As you can see on both pictures it touches the Exisiting Surface(red) BUT, the daylight on the assembly that is negative makes a 45 degree slope filling everything that is steeper than 45 degree...

i've shortened the corridor range and at a certain point i get all these errors shown below..
