Super Elevation Tabular editor directions

I have been requested to change our 4% max SE to 3% I though I could simply go into TE and change all the 4% to 3%.

1. it take a long time for each cell edit ( even though my corridor has rebuild off)

2. I was able to change the numbers in the first curve but it will not let change the others; I can type in the cell but it keeps reverting to 4%

is there a particular way it should be done?

would it be easier to delete and reconmpute?

I think I got it solved. I was trying to edit (unwiitingly) the sholder rollovers and everything. I went back and was able to adjust the "Full" super fields easily.
