Subassembly Question

I'm using the overlay widen match slope1 subassembly with a basic lane subassembly. I need to have a 4' paved shoulder that transitions to a 2' paved Shoulder. My problem is when I try to target the shoulder polyline there is no option for the shoulder. Am I using the wrong subassembly for this?

I would go with the LaneOutsideSuper

The basic subassemblies do not have the ability to target anything. Never use them for production work.

Actually, some of the basic subassemblies can target stuff. Personally, I'd go with the LaneOutsideSuper, but if you are OK with the basic assemblies (not much in the way of materials) then you would be OK using the BasicLaneTransition. Of course, you will have to have a polyline or alignment that defines your edge of shoulder for targeting purposes.
