Structures pop out of ground surface

My structures are set to a surface and looks good. But when I raise the pipe past a certain invert elevation my structure pops of the

ground. I set to NORULE for all pipes and structures but it still pops out of the ground. My adjusted rim is zero

Thanks in advance

What structure are you using? Some structures have a minimum height above the top of the pipe.

For example, if you are using a conic manhole, the pipe can't enter the structure within the cone so the cone will always be above the top of the pipe.

Yep, this is why we had to make our own parts.  The variable that is causing this is "Minimum Vertical Clearance".  The default structures all have something set.  We created new parts (which we were going to do anyways) and set the "Minimum Vertical Clearance" to 0.
