Structure Station and Offsets in an external reference

So, here's my problem.  I've created my pipe networks and profiles in drawing A.  All my pipes and structures are referencing the correct alignments and display correctly with the station and offsets in my profiles.  Everything looks great in Drawing A.  So now, I go to my Plotting file (Drawing B) and xref Drawing A.  In Drawing B, my structures no longer show the correct station and offsets.  They show as ???? even though they are correctly set and displayed in Drawing A.

What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance.

Ok, I have the SP1 for C3D2014, one of my users is having the same problem, a base file for the road profile looks great, but the sanitary sewer manhole stations are coming out ??? in the external reference in the sheet file.  Apparently the SP1 is not the fix for this problem, any other ideas?
