I have a storm network. I have cb and leads that are connected to a manhole structure. I have rules that cover only slope or drop nothing about min/max depth. When i connect the cb lead to the manhole it adjusts the rim elevation of my manhole. I am using eccentric manholes and have check in 3d view that the connecting pipes connect to the body of the manhole not the cone. If i disconect the cb lead i can manually lower the rim. Any help appreciated.
