Structure Rim Elevation Location vs Invert location

I'm looking to have a catch basin structure that shows the rim elev at the top of curb and the invert elev of pipes shown at the center of the structure. The invert elev of the pipe would not be in the seem location as the rim elev need. Please see example dwg. Would like to do this in parts builder so that I can use the tables to label the rims and inverts etc.

The parts builder kind of sucks. I would just do a work around with a couple expression to generate dynamic labels. Save a lot of time and get the same outcome.
