Structure properties - drop down menu missing!?

How can I get the drop down menu of previously input data to come back?  I was here on a previous computer so I assume its something in the part catalog or part builder?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As far as I know there is no way to obtain any addition data from connected pipes beyond what is in the default list. No custom parameters and no expressions.  Great wishlist item though for the Civil 3D Idea Station.

Kameleon and Optional Parameters are unrelated.

If however, the issue of the Optional Parameters drop-down not appear is occuring, please file a support request and include the necessary files so that support can reproduce the issue.
