Structure Label Using Default Labeling

When labeling structures (& pipes) in a network, the labeling is defaulting to the default label style set up in the Feature Setting under Pipe Network.  For example, when I go to label a stucture in a profile I select the structure and go to Add Labels...select Single Part Profile.  I want the structure to use a certain label style for that part & not the default style set up in the Feature Setting.  Where do I go to make this happen?  This was working before but now it's not (I'm sure).  I'm using 2015 Civil 3D.

I guess it depends on how you are labeling.

If you are selecting and right clicking or have it set to auto label:

If you are using the Annotation Tool:

Try changing the Command Setting here:

Settings Tab Toolspace > Pipe Network > Commands > AddNetworkPartProfLabel > Default Styles > Structure Profile Label Style.
