Storm sewers migrating null structures?

I posted this last year and thought I had it fixed but cam back to the project for redesign imported the stm and all my structures turned to null.

 

Where am I going wrong?

Can you share the .stm and .dwg files? You can e-mail them to me if you don't want to share them publicly. I have a gmail account called c3dplus.
