Station Equation Label Between Two Intersecting Alignments

Hello,

I have done a quick search in an attempt to figure this out but did not find how to do it.  I am looking to create a alignment label style within 2013 that allows me to create a label that looks somewhat like the following:

alignment 1

sta=xx+xx

alignment 2

sta=xx+xx

The label would be used at the intersection of 2 separate alignments.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You

This isn't too hard if you're pretty familiar with the styles, you just need to set up a label with references.  Take a look at these two links and they'll help you out.

I had read both of those articles.  The first says create a general label style.  That is the part that I do not understand.  What subheading under alignment labels must you create it in?  I tried in a few of them and I couldn't get it to ask for seprate alignments, rather it just labeled the same alignment twice.

Thanks,

Chris

Look at the attached picture.  The reference needs to point to a certain .xy so use a Note Label (under General Label Styles and not Alignment Label Styles).  Create a new note label, erase the default text component.  Create one reference for each alignment ("Align 1" and "Align 2" in the attachment).  If you want them to look like mine, set one reference to attach to the feature, and the next reference to attach to the first reference so that the text stacks as shown.

When you use the label you will be asked which alignment is #1 and then click on #2 in the dwg.  Good luck!

You can also create an intersection object. The label is a little easier to manipulate than referemce text.
