Stage Storage Table

Is there a way to have the highest elevation appear first and lowest elevation last?  Also is there a way to have the table show acreage rather than sq ft?  This is for a reservoir where we proposed a floating barge water intake to pump water to a treatment plant.  Normal pool is 2488.10.  Lowest elevation is 2430.  The table shows 2430 first, then increments down to 2488 at 1 foot increments.  Lastly, how would I get the table to show .10 (pool is 2488.10), or would this be math I need to figure and somehow manipulate the table to add manually?  .10 doesn't seem like a lot but over a large area it is.
