Slightly rotated ViewCube annoyance in 2013

I'm getting the rotated viewcube annoyance in 2013 but I'm aware that removing GEOGRAPHICLOCATION solves it (note to AutoDesk - please stop putting in pointless new features i.e. Cloud(?) and just make sure the basics work....)

I have done this and resaved my template but when starting a new drawing (from the template) the ViewCube is rotated again.

Is there a command line version of GEOGRAPHICLOCATION that I can put in acaddoc.lsp that will rectify this annoyance once and for all.?

Had to remove the GeographicLocation and then do a File > SaveAs (and overwrite original) on my template before it would recognise the changes
