sid image troubles in Civil 3d 2012

I have my template on my drawing and when I inset my sid image, it doesn't align it with my current coordinate system.  In 2010 C3D, I was able to set it to my template coordinate system and now I'm not prompted to set my sid image to my template coordinate system....how do you do it in 2012?

I've used SID images in 2012 with MAPIINSERT so that the world file is used for location purposes.

Yes i've used mapiinsert in put in these sid images.  I've come to realize that after putting another sid image in, that it is just 1 sid images that is screwy.  How do you go about transforming the coordinate system of a sid image?

If you know what the insertion point should be you can edit the world file.  Be sure you know the coordinates in the same Zone that the world file is in.  You should be able to open it with Notepad.
