Showing the xyz as labels for the points,
I couldn’t figure out how the xyz coordinate can be shown as labels at each point. By default one can show the N and E together but sounds there is no option to show the XYZ (attached).
I tried the settings shown in the attached screenshot but sounds that the Z value is repeated
Thank you

Many thanks Jeff. The dwg file is attached. Couldn’t know the source of the z repetition.

Your label style has 3 text components: Point Number, Elevation, Description. You have added the Pproperties of Northing, Easting, and Elevation to the Point Number component. Remove the elevation portion of what you added and you will be fine.
Many thanks Jeff for the prompt help,
This is what confusing me the most. How the format below is sufficient to provide the values of X, Y and Z (attached)
<[Easting(Um|P4|RN|AP|GC|UN|Sn|OF)]>
<[Northing(Um|P4|RN|AP|GC|UN|Sn|OF)]>
How the Z (elevation) is displayed while it is not indicated in the above code?

As Jeff pointed out. You have 3 components in your label style. You have the above code in the Point Number component. Elevation, the Z factor, is in a separate component. All components are shown (in most circumstances) in a Label Style.
In actuality you should either delete the Point Number component and create on for your X,Y (E,N) component or rename the Point Number component to X - Y or something that reflects it's contents. In your case you can either leave the E,N values in one component or separate them into two. If you're only looking to have them stack as shown in your screen shots. Leaving them combined is fine. Separating them into two components give more options in display and placement.
