Shape File box

How can I make it so the choose shape file box doesn't appear everytime I open a drawing? We don't use .shx files. Thnx in advance.

What I have found is that you have change all text with the offending style to some other style and then purge out the offending style that is causing the box.

Once the style is not being used by anything, it will show up in the list of items available for purge. Type purge at the command line and follow the dialogue box.

I have found that getting that shape file into the
"font" folder is the quickest fix
