Setting viewport

Hello friends, 

 

I'm having problems with viewports. When I insert it, the draw and labels get mixed up (Attached).  It's impossible identify the road

 

Thanks for help me.

REGEN the drawing to start with; it looks like an annotation scaling issue.

It appears your model space scale is set to 1:1, this should be set to the desired plot scale.
Set the model space scale and the Viewport annotation scale to match for example if you need 1:500 scale set them both to 1:500.

If this doesn't help, verify the text height settings within the label styles shown and verify they are set to the proper height in mm that is desired at a 1:1 scale.
