service pack 2 civil3d 2010 installed?

are service packs installed still listed under "about autodesk civil 3d" under product information? my license type says stand alone locked what does that mean? license behavior saves permanent, does that mean it's been activated already? did an unistall then reinstalled civil3d after i had done SP 2 and subscription advantage, not sure what i still have because it's giving me and error reinstalling SP2 error: 1328 error applying patch to file c:\config.msi\ptab44.tmp. it has probably been updated by other means and can no longer be modified by this patch. for more information contact your patch vendor.

windows 7 os, 2010 civil 3d, single pc install/ license, administrator user acct. thanks in advance for help.

click the about under the help menu, on that screen that pops up, if SP2 is
installed it will say

"Version: D.215.0.0, AutoCAD Civil3D 2010 Version 3" in the upper right of
the splash screen. Right above the big Red AutoCAD

don't click on the product information button.

On my splash screen big red autocad is on the left, and above that it
only says who is it licensed to and what is the serial number. Nothing
about version.
So SP2 is not installed?

type AECVersion in the command line and it will print out a list of the
aecmodules.

Look for this:

CompanyName: Autodesk, Inc.
FileDescription: AeccBase DBX
FileVersion: 7,0,1387,0
LegalCopyright: © Autodesk, Inc. 1998-2009. All rights reserved.

1387 is the current version for SP2
