Self-intersecting alignment—how to show pipes in profile view

Has anyone run a profile on a self-intersecting street?  The one I'm dealing with is a dead end 'P' shape.  Logically, there are manholes in the intersection of the 'P', and logically to me, these structures need to show up in two places in the same profile view.  Of course, C3D doesn't realise that I want a certain structure to show up twice, and I'm not sure how to communicate that information to it.

I'm working on a workaround, but all suggestions welcome.  Thanks.

I've run into this too.  I haven't found a great solution.

I've had to break my alignment into two pieces.  The end stationing for the first piece is the start stationing for the second piece.

I would have two alignments, two profiles and two profile views, then place the two profile views side by side for your sheets.

Good luck.
