Where I can change min and max elevation in section views?
Everywhere I found, it seems to be not editable. (In profile views its
working)

You change your min max grid in the Settings Toolspace under Section View > Section View Styles
Right click on and edit the view style that you are using. Under Graph tab, in the bottom right hand corner you will see the Above Max and Below Datum setting.
