Scale Different XY

In LDT 3, I had a user defined button (no, I wasn't the user that defined it) that would scale objects with a different X & Y values. For instance, if I had a rectangle that was 1"x1" I could scale it to 2"x3" by clicking the button and when the prompt asked me for the X scale I would enter 2 and for the Y scale I would enter 3. While this would be a little silly for a rectangle, it comes in handy when I have a profile that has a 5x vertical exaggeration. During our transition from LDT 3 to Civil 3D 2006 the command was lost/don't work. Does anyone know about how I can get this command back?

In Civil 3D a profile view is defined by its properties and its style. A
profile view style contains a setting for the "vertical exaggeration". If
you copy your typical 10x vertical exaggeration style and change the
vertical exaggeration setting to 5. You will then be able to change your
profile view exaggeration "on the fly" by simply changing the style assigned
to it. So there are two methods to change a profiles vertical exaggeration.

1. By modifying the Profile View Style that is in use. This will apply to
ALL profile views that use that style.
2. By Creating multiple Profile View Styles (in this case of differing vert.
exaggerations) a user can apply them as needed.

The Vertical Exaggeration setting is on the "Graph" tab of the "Profile View
Style - ..." dialog box.
