sanitary sewer pipe in steel casing

Is there an option or a feature to show a casing on a pipe drawn in a network.  we have an 18" sanitary sewer line with a 30" steel casing crossing a highway, but with the civil3D program i cant find a way to show the casing other than drawing the casing in manually.  does anyone know a way to do this....

Have a look here before it disappears in a few weeks...

all encasements I have done are non-concentric.

You may as well just have another pipe for the casing, and hand change its inverts when the main pipe changes.
