Rtext not displaying properly

I am having some trouble with my Rtext not showing up properly anymore. We have a plot stamp that gives the file location on our network in a standard format "N:\[project]\[dwg file]". However, Rtext has begun replacing the backslashes with a little placeholder box. It only happens after I have been in a drawing for a while and I am not sure what causes it but closing the drawing and reopening it clears the issue. Anyone have any suggestions?

One suggestion:
Use fields instead. Very simple to set up. Looks the same.

I use RTEXT also and I am having the same issues. I will give fields a shot.

Is there a field for the paperspace name? Message was edited by: claimed4all

Use the System Variabke "CTAB". That will give you the Layout name.
