RSA Civil 3D Country Kit 2014

I recently installed the RSA Country Kit for Civil 3D 2014 but can not seem to locate where the pressure network catalouge (or any of the other country kit features) have been saved. Does anyone have any idea where I may locate these on my harddrive?

For the Pressure Pipes, have you checked here?

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2014\enu\Pressure Pipes Catalog\

Note, the \enu\ path is for the US installation and South Africa will be a different abbreviation.

Yes I have checked there. Unfortuantely the kit contains no pressure catalouge files. Do you by any chance know where I can find pressure catalouge files for pipes of different materials and different fittings?
