Rounding bearing readings in parcel labels

Ok, so we have a boundary line whose bearing, extended to eight levels of precision, is N 42d 59' 17.6371" W. With "normal rounding" set for all parcel commands and shortened to six levels of precision, this bearing exports to an inverse reading N 42d 59' 18" W, which is expected (i.e., it rounded the seconds UP to 18"). However, when the subject parcel line segmented is labeled, it comes in at N 42d 59' 17" W, i.e., rounding DOWNWARD even though the actual bearing is closer to 18 seconds than it is to 17 seconds. We thus have an inverse and a drawing whose bearings for this (and certain other) segments read one second different from the printed inverse for same. All rounding for all parcel commands is set at "round normal". What are we missing here, to bring the parcel labels into agreement with the inverse data? Thanks in advance.

Did you check the rounding in the parcel segment label style? It's in the contents area for each component.
