Rotated Model Space, make C3D labels read left to right?

I rotated my model space 270 degrees so North is to the right.  I used the DVIEW and TWIST command to rotate model space.  All of my paper space layouts also have North to the right.

When I insert a civil 3D label they all come in reading up and down, not left and right (90 degrees the wrong way).  So is there anyway to make it so the label comes in reading left to right?

It sounds like the label style is not set correctly for plan readability change to View.
