Rotate and Mirror

Is there any way to rotate and mirror an objcet while leaving the original.

eg. I have half a window like so

            A _____________

                                    |

                                    |

                                    | B

I want to mirror along point A and B so the bottom and left side of the window is shown.

Use the MIRROR command. .....and retain original objects

AW,

I don't think you can do this in one move. Copy, then rotate, looks like the best option.

Joe,

I learn something everyday. That MOveCOpyROtate command is brilliant! Good link, too. Thank you.

I didn't know about this Express tool. Nice solution.

You should also look at the Transform command which allows you do similar.

Actually I think the Align command is more appropriate than Transform. If you pick the destination points in reverse of the source points it will mirror.

Thank you all so much for your help.

The Align command is great, the only problem is that it dosen't leave the original line(s) behind so I have to copy with base point and paste on top of original line(s) or somewhere near and then perform the align.

I don't know where I'd be without you guys. Heart

Oops, once again I didn't read the post carefully. Obviously Align is not a solution.
