While Civil 3D provides a variety of tool sets in
accomplishing various corridor modeling tasks, it is up to the user how to
accomplish a specific task.

From what I understand your question, you want a
corridor build, such that your edge of pavement has to accommodate a "bus bay";
and that transition has to be smooth with appropriate arcs/spirals. I suggest
you create an offset alignment to suit your bus bay and attach it to your "lane
subassembly" (which ever you are using) while building corridor model. This
helps you achieve what you are looking for.

As you experience with Civil 3D you can explore
many otherways of doing it!

Thanks
