Resize to Model problem

Someone may have already made a post on this one, but I havent scrolled
through thousands of posts just to check.

I have a pipe network in the base map and then I have made plan and profile
sheets for a sewer line. I have made structure labels for the profile view
that tell the flowlines IN and OUT. I also have structure labels in the
plan view that notate the flowline OUT of the manhole. The plan label gets
the flowline from the structure sump elevation. I have found that when I
execute the "Resize To Model" command on the structure in the profile view,
it actually resizes the sump elevation to a number which is .02' different
than my actual flowline of my pipe going out of the manhole, which should be
the exact sump elevation of the manhole. I suppose I could get rid of the
flowline text in the plan label, but that is a company standard which would
be nice to keep. Anyone seen this before? Does this make sense?
