I have a bunch of sheet files with a motif reference file in each one. The motif has several nested references in it. Is it possible to replace the first motif in the sheets with a different file without having to reclip and rotate everything over again?
If I understand your question correctly. Have you tried to select the new file through the Found at location under your Xref dialog box? This should retain your rotation and xclip just fine.
