Removing the Layout Tools Contextual Tab from the Ribbon

Using Civil 3d 2014.

This is the most annoying Context Tab there is so I am trying to remove it.

I have followed the steps here http://cadpanacea.com/node/429, but I do not have the "+" beside Layout Tools, and therefore cannot remove it.

RIBBONCONTEXTSELECT = 0

RIBBONSELECTMODE = 1

Cant think of enything else to try.

I was too quick posting, jsut found the answer.

It was located in the ACAD Partial Cui file not the Civil 3D one.
