Removing DataShortcuts that appear twice

Hi

Not sure what has happens but the dtatshortcuts for the surfaces in this jb now appear twice in the list of data shortcuts the look at the same file ,etc how can I remove these double ups. I tried the Data reference editor there is no delete button. Can I manually edit the xml file?

Justin,

Can you not just right-click on the item in the DS list and select "remove"?  Are there two listings in your windows explorer path location as well?  I tried, and either way, I can remove them.

I tried that initally but as both shortcuts pointed to the same thing when I went remove on one it removed both.

In the end I went to the _shortcuts/surfaces folder and could see that there were two shortcut xml files for each surface object that had the double up in prospector. I just manually deleted in windows explorer the xml file that was the  earlier of the two and and then shut down and restarted Civil3d, opened prospector again and the double ups were gone and everything appears to work ok in the drawings.
