Reinstall

I am attempting a clean reinstall of C3D 2010 in Win 7-64 machine. I followed instructions on removal including eliminating registry values. When I run the reinstall it states there is a newer version present.

Any reinstall gurus out there?

Make sure you don't have True-View or Design Review installed of a newer version. Might want to add a screen shot of the message for more anwsers.

If you don't get the answer here. Try the installation group.http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Installation-Licensing/bd-p/24

Thanks for effort on registry.

I had used a registry repair program that scrambled my registry but good.

Just easier to reinstall W7x64.

I screwed off 8 hours on trying to clean reinstall, but did widows, office
and autocad in 4!

Yeah. Registry cleaners never get along with Civil 3D very well. After you get everything fixed. It might pay you to backup the Registry. Both in Full and those sections having to do with C3D.
