Reinstall of AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D in infrastructure design suite untimate 2015

when the first install the infrastructure design suite untimate 2015 , the civil 3d is successful to install but it cannot show in the window desktop page and programme page. so i uninstall all of infrastructure design suite software through the Uninstall Tool. After than, i try to install once again, but the install state is showing the autocad civil is already installed. How can i fix it? Thanks
