How can i create a profile using level data obtained from dumpy level with civil3D

You'll certainly require the Easting/Northing of all the level points obtained with the dumpy level before you can do anything

Assuming you want a simple profile and know the distances between your setups, reduce your data and make up arbritary xy positions for each setup into a text file

x,y,z

0,0,105.57

0,30,106.63

0,55,103.21

Bring these in and make a profile from them. Or try the following:

From the Home tab, Create Design Panel, Profile drop-down, Create Profile from File

• Browse to the text file (a text file uses the .txt extension) created using the following format requirements.                      
• Click the text file and click Open. If the file is correctly formatted, it is read into the system and the Create Profile - Draw New dialog box is displayed. For more information about correct file formatting, see Format Requirements of Profile Files.                      
• In the Create Profile - Draw New dialog box, review and revise any settings you want to change for the profile name, description, and styles.                      
• Click OK to save the profile in the drawing.
