Working in 2013 Raster Design. The commands for raster tools are not working. When attempting to insert an image the following message appears:
c:\program files\autodesk\autocad raster design 2013\aeciibui56.arx cannot find a dll or other file that it needs. Unknown command "IINSERT". Press F1 for help.
Similar messages appear when trying other commands located within the Raster Tools tab.
Go into the options dialog and select the Files tab. Expand the Support Files Search Path tree and make sure the two Raster Design paths shown in the attachment are listed. Both need to be there.
If John's response isn't the anwer, I'd move towards making sure that the virus protection was off during the install - sometimes they can be "trapped" by virus scanning during install...
