QTO Part Depth Issue

All,

We recently had a data migration to a new server array. All the file paths (as the user sees them) are the same as before, and all the support data is in the same locations. However, when we use QTO, the "part depth" variable is defaulting to the outside pipe dimension of the pipe in the structure, rather than the rim to sump depth. We have tried starting new drawings, and even in drawings where the formula used to work, it does not.

Any thoughts?
