Yeah, sorry, Pickfirst doesn't seem to affect this. Can you post your drawing?

Quick thought: do you have two versions of C3D running? I've been confused before by looking at the properties palette of one, when I was running the other. Typically this can happen while we're updating from one version to another.
(Sorry, but sometimes it pays to ask the stupid questions!)

Have you tried:?
Close the palette & reopen it (Ctrl + 1)
Close the program & restart
Shut down the computer & restart

It's a longshot, but you don't happen to have PROPOBJLIMIT set to 0?

Have you tried  Resetting AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 settings ?

never recommend that to anyone else ever jay. that doesn't work and in fact it makes things worse not only does it not fix the problem now you have to re-configure your work enviroment also.

Sorry to hear that didn't help either, part of the instructions cover backing up any customized files prior to resetting.

Normally not the first thing I'd recommend but you'd already tried reinstall and repair which didn't seem to fix the issue either.

We've used the reset user settings a couple of times with success fixing various machine specific issues.

Have you also tried logging in as a new Windows User account to see if that makes any difference?

You don't have ProjectWise installed do you?

This happened to a couple of our users and the link took care of it.
