We use blocks to project utility crossings to profile view. Projecting a block to profile view behaves differently in 2015 than 2014 (see attached). The attached image is the same drawing opened in Civil 3D 2014 and Civil 3D 2015. In 2014 the projected block inserts based on the block insertion point. In 2015 the block projects based on the midpoint of the block. 2015 also rotates the block to the rotation of the block in plan view which 2014 does not. My drawing file is also attached. Any ideas?
