Profile view shows same pipe twice

Hello,
I have an alignment drawn as the middle of a new road. It circulates around itself and when I make a profile view to show the pipes along the alignment it shows the pipe that is at the correct station but it also shows the pipe thats on the street paralell to that station. Can I somehow make it only show a pipe once at the place where it is nearest to the alignment or can I have a view offset range for pipes?

Right Click the profile view>> proerties>> pipe network tab>> clear the check box for the pipes you do not want to see. depending on how many pipes you have it may behoove you the set the pipe lable to display name for this exercise
