Profile view appearing as proxy entity C3d 2007

I don't know if this is reproducible yet; this is the first occurence,
but it is perplexing enough to ask about.

I have a drawing created with Civil 3d 2007. It was working fine until
this morning. I worked on it yesterday, changing only a few items and
plotting it, but left it open until this morning. I saved and closed it
this morning, rebooted, and now all of my profile views show up as proxy
entity bounding boxes, even with proxygraphics set to 1.

When I open the drawing in AutoCAD 2007 I can properly see the profile
views, though I cannot (of course) edit them.

When I open the .bak file, which was saved before my changes started
yesterday, the same problem occurs. Only this drawing is affected, so I
don't think it is a system variable.

Any ideas? A semi-stripped down copy of the file (which still exhibits
the problem) is attached.

Thanks,
Steven James

I installed SP1A today after the problem occurred, to see if it would
solve the problem. It did not. SP1 was installed previously.

Also, attaching the file did not work, as it was 5MB. It is available (I
hope), at the following URL:
