profile pipe label style help

can anyone help me with this tutorial? im trying to follow it, and its probably just me being dumb, but i cannot figure out how to get this label style to work and i really need it for a job im doing. i really need to see screenshots of every step, i know thats ridiculous but i just cant follow it.

Not for free, that's about an hour and half of work to create the screen shots of each step of the label style.
