Profile Labels appear twice upon Data Shortcutting

For some reason when we data shortcut in our design profile the label set appears twice, but we have only one profile.  Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue.  I'm using Autocad 2013. 

Clay did you ever figure out a solution or maybe a work around to this?

Are you referring to label sets having "double entries" listed for each label when viewing profile labels dialog?

my solution was to upgrade to 2015.  2013 and 2014 are full of bugs in labeling and pipe networks.
