Productivity Pack 1 will not install.

I downloaded the new Civil 3D 2015 Productivity Pack 1 (not to be confused with Civil 3D 2015 Productivity Tools.) The extraction seems to go smoothly, but when the installer tries to run, it tells me "Another version of this product is already installed." No, it's not. This is the first attempt to install it.

 

Yes, I have installed Service Pack 2.

 

Has anyone else had success with this?

I knew I should have re-booted before posting. A re-boot after installation of SP2 made the Productivity Pack 1 install work correctly.

I can't even install SP2 - any idea what these mean? I've opened a support case too
