Productivity Pack 1 for Civil 3D 2015 available for Subscription users

The above productivity pack is now available on the Subs site - but it does require Civil 3D 2015 SP2 to be installed

also Infraworks 2015 R3 has not been released yet

one of features of this pack requires this product to be installed

Can't install SP 2 for Civil - so it's a moot point at the moment for me but perhaps you just need IW 2015 SP3 to do the import/export thing and the rest of the prod pack works as expected?
