Problem with the C-TOPO-TEXT layer

Although I have tourn of the layer C-TOPO-TEXT on the surface, when I try to pint the drawing, the layer is visible on the drawing printed.

I wrote up a blog post HERE quite a while ago. Not exactly what you need but perhaps some of it will help.

 

Have you tried freezing the layer instead of turning it off?
