Problem with Pipe Network Error

Anyone had this problem? When I audit my drawing is says:

Erased 0 objects

Then, when I audit it again, I get the same thing, so it does not seem to
fix the errors even though it says it does.
Also, I have had fatal errors on this drawing, and was not able to recover
it. I had to go back a day or so to an archived one. Any idea on how to fix
this error would be appreciated.
