Problem Opening Saved Drawing

Hello,

I saved and closed a drawing while in corridor section editor.  Now when I open it, it appears to be stuck in the section editor, and only displays some sketchy lines and a few dashes, nothing complete.  The section editor toolbar isn't open, so I can't click close section editor.

I've attached a screen shot.

How so I get back to my normal drawing?

Thanks!

Coral

Try This:

Set menubar to 1

Go to the Corridor dropdown menu and try that route.

Run into this all the time when I'm developing custom subassembies and forget to exist corridor section view when stopping debugger.

Open the file then enter "View" command, with Current selected as view, scroll down the properties on the right side of th dialog and turn the "Clipping" option to "Off". (See attached screen shot)

The quickest way to get out of this custom view is to type "PLAN" at the command line (without quotes) and then hit Enter twice. That takes you to the world UCS view.

Does PLAN reset the view clipping?

The way I solve this is to simply select a corridor in the plan view widow and then click on the Section Editor., it's like your trying to open up Section Editor again.  This will bring up the normal Section Editor menu and on the RHS you can click the green close arrow to shut it down and get back in to the "normal" view.
